Everyone at GIMO was out in their finest in December to celebrate the annual Christmas Party, held at Ours in Knightsbridge. Swapping spreadsheets and deadlines for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres seemed to suit our staff as they danced the night away at this first-class venue. Tired feet got a little rest by sitting for a festive picture in the free photo booth. With displays of fire and sparklers rounding off a fantastic evening, we are left wondering, how on earth are GIMO going to outdo themselves for Christmas 2018?
On a warm evening in the middle of the summer, 80 of us met for GIMO’s “Exclusive Team Challenge Race” at London’s Docklands. 14 teams containing 5 drivers raced for 2 hours in the ultimate endurance competition, to see which team could complete the highest number of laps! We had lots of fun, lots of pizza and new friendships were formed off the back of a fantastic company social event.
It was glam all the way at the company’s annual staff party this Christmas. There was a great turnout at Aqua Kyoto, Regent Street’s chic fifth floor restaurant. GIMO pulled out all the stops as sublime sushi plates were served up with mouth-watering mojitos. Staff looked sharp, the tunes belted out all night long, and the dance moves? The snaps say it all…
Four weeks, some lucky strikes and some seriously creative leg manoeuvres later, the company bowling battle has come to a close. Competition was fierce and staff from across all departments came together to show off their skills in the lanes, whilst having a hoot along the way.
It's been 3 weeks since the start of the Darts and Pool tournament where a large number of GIMO employees have been getting together each week to battle it out in a bid to become the first GIMO Darts/Pool King or Queen.
There was a good turn out to the 2014 GIMO Christmas party which was held at the exclusive Playboy Club London in Mayfair.GIMO recently pulled out all the stops with free champagnee, canapes and casino games in abundance. Check all the photos here.
This year's 10-pin-bowling tournament is fully underway with just one more round to go! A number of peculiar bowling techniques have surfaced over the weeks. One that stuck out for many ways our very own Arjun's elaborate yet strangely sophisticated "chicken dance"; performed swiftly and accurately before each bowl.
