Role Overview:
The Affiliate Account Manager plays a key role in driving NetBet’s growth by building, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners across multiple markets, primarily but not inclusive such as Greece, Finland, Austria, and other .com territories operating under our MGA licence.
This role ensures the acquisition of high-quality traffic through affiliate networks, maximizes ROI, creates the affiliation strategy and identifies new market opportunities aligned with the company’s global strategy. The Affiliate Account Manager contributes directly to the brand’s visibility and profitability by delivering data-driven performance, strategic partnerships, and effective communication with affiliates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of affiliate partners across multiple markets to achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners and opportunities to expand NetBet’s reach, particularly in emerging MGA-licensed markets.
- Develop and execute tailored affiliate marketing strategies for Greece, Finland, Austria,.com markets, and other markets ensuring alignment with local customer behaviour and compliance standards.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance through regular analysis of key metrics (FTDs, NGR, ROI, conversion rates), proposing actionable improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication, transparency, and proactive support to maximize their engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, SEO, PPC, Product, and Legal) to ensure consistent brand positioning and regulatory alignment.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new acquisition opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and advertising regulations across all affiliate activities.
Person Specifications:
Must Have:
- Extensive experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programs across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of key affiliate KPIs (FTDs, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models).
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
- Knowledge of various regulations and compliance best practices.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation ability.
- Analytical thinking with a results-driven approach.
- High degree of self-motivation and autonomy.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously.
- Cultural adaptability and sensitivity to market differences.
Nice‑to‑have:Â
- Experience in the UK, Ireland, Italy, or Romania markets.
- Additional languages such as Greek, Italian, Finnish, or German.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing attribution models, but also CRM
