What are the Employee Experience Awards?

This awards event is a prestigious celebration of businesses who have gone above and beyond when it comes to delivering an excellent employee experience.

Every category is assessed by independent judges with backgrounds in a wide range of fields, including business development, UX, operations management, HR, and career coaching.

Navigating the Pandemic

In March 2020, like so many businesses, GIMO was faced with the sudden upheaval of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the obstacles, we adjusted well to these abrupt changes and smoothly made the transition to working remotely.

It became very clear in this challenging time that protecting the wellbeing, both in terms of physical and mental health, was of utmost importance for our business to continue to thrive.

The Employee Assistance Programme is an HR initiative dedicated to helping vulnerable employees, keeping them engaged and supporting them so that their health came first before professional duties. We’re proud to say that our workforce have been resilient and continued to produce high quality work they’re known for.
